History: Although Ballindaggin’s racing career was all too brief due to injury, his record is nonetheless impressive. This Noble Nashua son and Nashua grandson captured three divisions of the New York Stallion stakes in 1987. In 1988, he added a win at the $1- million Molson Export Challenge at Woodbine, bringing his earnings to over $946,000.
Ballindaggin joined the Old Friends family in July 2006, having been donated by his owners Bob and Robbie Waters. A chestnut beauty with a sweet disposition, this near millionaire quickly settled in and appears to enjoy the Old Friends daily routine which includes plenty of visitors—many from his native New York who remember him.
